It is the first day and day of deploy and also first duty in Comelec Lemery Iloilo. Sir Rene Arduo introduce us to our supervisor Mr. Benjie Bacutoc Comelec Officer III with her Election Officer Mrs. Marites F. Bantillo. After introduce by sir Arduo sir Bacutoc call us with ma'am marites for the short meeting and some rules and regulations. They also give some instructions how to approach the client who get the voter certificate. After that they us a first task that is to separate the 3 baranggays.
On our second day I arrived early to clean the office and continue the task that we not done on our first day. At this day ma'am and sir told us to join them in breakfast and lunch.
February 10-17, 2023
In this we start our task to separate all the baranggays and their precinct and alphabetize it. Every morning ma'am and sir command us to buy some ingredients for our lunch and breakfast. Others days come we help layout picture and paint the office to make attractive for the coming evaluation. We also go to in municipal Hall to give a latter and receive from LGU Official. Also we go to in our school to give a Memorandum Of Aggrement MOA. We done on separating the precinct and alphabetize by the precinct. Also sir told us to stamp his name on the new registration form that they need incoming hearing. I also help to find the EDVL and compile it on folder and put a name.
In this day we filling the documents and separating the alphabetize the precinct of brgy. Alacantara and the SK and compile it on one folder.
February 27- March 3, 2023
In this day we intertwined the client who get the voters certificate. We also we join celebrating the women's day with the theme we gender equality inclusive society #we cableEqual. Also sir told me stamp name of ma'am Lanie A. Estares and sir Ricky Belgira for upcoming hearing of new registration form.
It's our 5th week of our ojt we continue separate and alphabetize by baranggays precinct but now we in baranggays Bankal and Buenavesta.
